Unlike typical coffee shops, this one stands out as part of the “Bringing the Forest to the City” project by the Hanoi UNESCO Youth Creativity Center — and it also marks the entrepreneurial journey of a young Ê Đê man.

Inside a 101-year-old house on Châu Long Street, Hanoi, the café exudes an atmosphere both rustic and serene. Moss-covered brick walls intertwine with creeping vines, while the scent of coffee mingles with the smoke rising from a crackling fire. There is no Wi-Fi, no air conditioning — everything is intentionally simple and unpolished, creating a peaceful world apart from the bustling city outside.
This space is the heartfelt creation of a young Ê Đê man — a way for the younger generation to express love and respect for their traditional culture.
